Shadow Shot Sunday


This shadow is cast by one of my favourite pieces of street art...ever.

It's called "The Family of Man" and stands outside the Calgary Board of Education building in downtown Calgary. The scale of this piece is stunning. Each figure is 21 feet tall.

  11. Hi Chicken, Great shadow shot, these remind me of Giacometti or Rodin, the Burghers of Calais a little, but thinner... hope all is well in Calgary for the summer solstice. Is it celebrated is some way ?
